ACCEL

ACCEL, Arizona Centers for Comprehensive Education and Life Skills, is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization serving the special needs community in Arizona.  It's Main Campus is located at 10251 North 35th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85051.  On Friday, March 26, 2010, ACCEL will hold a drawing for the prizes listed on the front of the ticket.  The drawing will be held at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale at approximately 8:30 P.M.  Winners will be selected through a random blind drawing from the tickets officially submitted from January 1, 2010 to March 26, 2010.

To participate, tickets may be purchased from the ACCEL Executive Board of Directors, ACCEL Golf Board, or at the ACCEL Business Office.  The Cash Prize Winner will be responsible for all related federal, state, and local taxes.  The odds of winning depend upon the total number of tickets distributed, not to exceed 800.  Ticket holders need not be present to win.  All tickets will be collected by representatives of ACCEL.  Ticket donations are not tax deductible.  Tickets must be clearly and completely filled out.

Neither ACCEL nor its Executive Board of Directors or employees provide any warrantees or guarantees expressed or implied with respect to the prizes awarded.  Without limiting the foregoing, neither ACCEL nor its Executive Board of Directors or employees provide warrantees of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability or assume or authorize any other person to assume for them any other obligation or liability in conjunction with these prizes or otherwise.
